I was looking for a garage door seal for a ST1000 Amarrgarage door and I couldn’t find anything, this worked perfect.Fast delivery good product.The attachment bead was the correct shape for my Dalton garage door. (There are many bead shapes,)I used silicon spray to assist in sliding the old weather seal out and the new one in. Not easy, but doable with a little patience and I can use the old seal on my shorter door. :o)It does not appear to be as thick as the original. Easy to install on a 9ft door by one person. Be sure to clean repair and clean the tracks as needed. Watch a few YouTube videos beforehand.I made a mistake and bought a t type from home depot and try to fit it in my garage door. I realized after 1 hr that T type might not be the right part for my door and I ordered this one. Installed it in 10 mins and happy.Product seemed to be the same as OEM I was replacing. Time will tell but for now it's sealed better than the original installation?Just put these in they fit Wayne Dalton. I found it easiest to take the bottom million off, cleaning the groove well. A bit of dry lubricant four hands and they slide right in. After you open up the punch marks that hold the original in. Had a 16 foot and a 10 foot did both took about an hour each. They don't seem to be as heavy of material as the original but for the price, I think they will hold up fine.It did not fit application, returned OKIt turns out the Wayne Dalton folks use a slightly different "groove shape" than most other manufacturers, something you'll learn the hard way (as I did) if you buy one of the generic replacement you can find at the hardware stores. This version fits and works perfectly. It seemed a little expensive (hence only 4 stars), but if you have a Wayne Dalton door, then I don't think you really have any better options.
