First off, let me just say that this shade replacement fit ours perfectly. We have a Linear Model LDC0800 Garage Door Opener. It arrived quickly, in perfect condition and only took about 30 seconds to take off the old cracked one and put on the new one. I wish I could rate him above 5 stars bc he really went above and beyond for me. I got an email asking about the product and if I needed anything to reach out (which I loved!) I did reach out bc my scattered brain self accidentally ordered 2 when I only needed one. I went to my app to return the second shade but it wouldn’t let me so I reached out to him. I was confused at first bc I always buy items from Amazon that are eligible for return just in case it doesn’t fit or workout. He messaged me back in under an hr with how to return the item. He even went out of his way to provide me with a shipping label I could print. As soon as he received the item, I was refunded. In the end, even though I made the mistake…I couldnt be happier with the shade replacement or with this seller!!
