The picture is all that comes in the box. As you can see, it only comes with about a 6-inch portion of electrical cord with the adapter for the light on the end. You get to provide the actual cord to plug into your outlet and connect the two together. Hopefully you have some electrical skills or have a friend who does. This does help make the light universal for 110 volt and 220 volt outlets but there are better options than this.The metal mount brackets are also very flimsy and I recommend using better screws than the tiny ones provided.
